A pan tool has been included in the ERACS single-line diagram and UDM simulation. The pan tool is enabled via a "Pan" option that has been included in the "View" menu or via a toolbar button. When the pan tool is enabled, moving the mouse while keeping the left mouse button depressed will cause the single-line diagram to move in the same direction.
